Dolcélite Plum Cake is a practical semi-finished foodstuff which really simplifies the preparation of whipped products, in particular plumcake.

Soft wheat flour type "00", sugar, corn starch, sorbitol, modified starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate E450I, sodium carbonate acid E500II), emulsifiers (E475, E471, E433), salt, flavouring, colouring (beta-carotene E160a).

BASIC RECIPE    
Dolcélite Plum Cake kg 1,000
Whole eggs kg 0,500
Butter kg 0,500
  --------------------------
TOTAL kg 2,000
Preparation

Plum Cake with Dolcélite Plum CakePlace all the ingredients in the mixer with paddle attachment and set in motion at a medium speed for 4/5 minutes.
Fruit or chocolate chips may be added.
Place the mixture into a greased and floured baking tin.
Bake as usual.

Amorpolenta

Mélange Futura G or Butter kg 0,550
Corn Flour kg 0,100

Preparation

Place all the ingredients together in a food mixer with paddle attachment for 5/6 minutes at medium speed. Place the mixture into a greased baking tin.
