Product Information

Profélite Cacao is a dark topping cream, ideal for topping profiteroles, éclairs and cakes, retaining its softness and gloss, even after cooling.
Profélite Cacao is suitable for filling chocolates.
It can be added to liquid cream, whipped cream, custard, vegetable creams, spirits and cake sprinkles.

Ingredients

Sugar, vegetable fats and oils, low-fat cocoa powder, lactose, hazelnuts, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring.

Processing

Ready to use, it simply needs to be warmed to 37°C.
It can be made thicker or thinner depending on the temperature.
If frozen and then unfrozen, it retains its glossiness and can be used after 30 minutes.
